• Senior Business Development Manager
  

  This is an individual contributor role with responsibility to penetrate existing and new major accounts in the Arizona and Southwest market with a solid and verifiable stellar performance for the last 6-7 years. This individual will be accustomed to the fast paced selling environment of IT consulting and staff augmentation services and ideally have come from the industry.
  Candidate will support business development activities across the company. Candidate responsibilities include application of full life-cycle business development methodologies and tools, including opportunity identification, qualification, positioning, bidding, competitive analysis, and related activities. Candidate must understand the missions of the customer in terms of technology and business goals. Candidate must be able to relate STG Inc's corporate capabilities in Managed Services and Outsourced IT services to the customer needs. Candidate must be able to advise the customers at a strategic level on tactical-level execution of opportunity-specific capture. • Telecom Analyst
  

  One of our major financial clients is looking for a Telecom Analyst for a contract position in New York, NY and Atlanta, GA. This person will process the information gathered from the internal customer and fulfill Break/Fix requests. They will walk through the solution with the internal customer to ensure agreement , note resolution and perform ticket closure process, troubleshoot the PBX, Key System, CMS, IP Telephony, and adjuncts associated with the enterprise network , report operational efficiency associated with Break/Fix fulfillment requests via monthly metrics , and recognize opportunities to reuse known successes from previous implementations and proposed solutions .
